Robot winding workstation for composite material can realize fast, efficient, high-quality industrial processing molding of complex shaped composite shell (i.e. elbow, tee, cone, drive shaft, vessels, tanks, combined rotary body etc.) instead of the traditional winding with manual auxiliary.
Function
Automatic grasping, winding and placement of mandrel. The mandrel database and tool database exists, the system select automatically mandrel and tool selection according to the process. The mode of operation are manual mode, automatic mode, and teaching mode. The operation function is local operating table or remote operating box.With winding process CAD, including trajectory analysis, trajectory planning and simulation. Client & server structure, with real time data exchange between client and server. Client with process database. Function of remote control, diagnosis, debugging, guidance, data transmission, process design, automatic parameter downloading. Real-time video monitoring of the state for the robot workstation. With extensible heatable impregnating tank, tension controller (tension is displayable and controllable) and automatic yarn pulling device.
